作为网络上备受关注的“网红”，王思聪经常因为各类新闻冲上热搜。不过这一回，让他进入网友视野的，却是一条被限制高消费的新闻。

11月9日，中国执行信息公开网资料显示，上海市嘉定区人民法院对王思聪担任董事长的上海熊猫互娱文化有限公司发出限制消费令。

Wang Sicong, the son of tycoon Wang Jianlin, the billionaire founder of Dalian Wanda Group Co. Ltd., has been restricted from high-end consumption following disputes involving Panda TV by a local court.

文件显示，上海市嘉定区人民法院在2019年8月12日立案执行申请人曹悦申请执行熊猫互娱其他合同纠纷一案，因熊猫互娱未按执行通知书指定的期间履行生效法律文书确定的给付义务，法院依照《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第二百五十五条和《最高人民法院关于限制被执行人高消费及有关消费的若干规定》第一条、第三条的规定，对公司采取限制消费措施，限制公司（法定代表人、主要负责人、影响债务履行的直接责任人员、实际控制人）王思聪不得实施高消费及非生活和工作必需的消费行为。

Issued by Shanghai Jiading District Court last month, the order came following a request by Cao Yue, an e-sports gaming host who in December last year won a lawsuit against Shanghai Panda Entertainment Co – founded by Wang – involving a 3.6 million yuan contract dispute, the document said.

根据“限高令”，王思聪不能买房、度假，不能乘坐轮船、列车的一等舱位，包括高铁，也不能住星级酒店、逛夜店、打高尔夫球。

Under the ruling, Wang is banned from buying property, going on holiday, travelling first class on boats and trains – including high-speed rail network – staying in star-rated hotels, visiting nightclubs and playing golf.

值得注意的是，法院在文件中提到，如果公司（法定代表人、主要负责人、影响债务履行的直接责任人员、实际控制人）因私消费以个人财产实施前述行为的，可以向法院提出申请。如果公司因经营必需而进行前述禁止的消费活动的，应当向法院提出申请，获批准后方可进行。

Subject to approval by the district court, any of the restrictions may be lifted temporarily if deemed to be restrictive to Wang’s genuine business activities.

其实，就在几天前，还有一条“王思聪被列为被执行人”的新闻，同样引发网友关注。

号称“中国首富之子”的王思聪被列为被执行人。网友普遍认为这对于王思聪的公共形象是一次暴击。

A court in Beijing confirmed that it has listed Wang Sicong, the "son China's richest man," as a person subject to enforcement requiring him to repay millions in debts, which netizens said was a big blow for his public image.

31岁的王思聪是房地产巨头万达集团董事长王健林的独子。据澎湃新闻报道，11月4日，王思聪被北京市第二中级人民法院列为被执行人，执行标的151437840.0元，约1.5亿。报道指出，法院暂未对王思聪本人采取限制高消费以及纳入失信被执行人名单等强制措施。故王思聪仅为被执行人而非失信被执行人。

Wang, 31, the only child of Wang Jianlin, chairman of property giant the Wanda Group, was listed on Monday by the second Beijing Intermediate People's Court as failing to repay a debt of 150 million yuan, the Shanghai-based media outlet thepaper.cn reported on Wednesday. The report quoted the court as saying it had not included Wang Sicong on bad social credit list or restricted him from high consumption."

被执行人是指在法定的上诉期满后，或终审判决作出后，拒不履行法院判决或仲裁裁决的当事人。在法院对于民事诉讼判决原告胜诉后，被告在赔偿问题上的法定时间内未完成判决书上所规定的赔偿金额而被法院强制执行赔偿，则称该被告为本次强制执行的被执行人。而失信被执行人是指被执行人具有履行能力而不履行生效法律文书确定的义务，俗称“老赖”。

北京市第二中级人民法院表示，王思聪只要主动履行还款，便不会被列入失信人名单。

据报道，中国政府引导在国内建立起社会征信系统，个人不良记录会影响申请贷款的资质，或影响购买高铁票、飞机票。

China is building a government-led national social credit system that assesses individuals, enterprises and government agencies on their credit worthiness. A bad record on the social credit system can affect a person's qualification to apply for loans or buy tickets for high-speed trains or flights.

据天眼查网站显示，此前，由王思聪担任董事长并持股100%的北京普思投资有限公司的股权遭到上海市宝山区人民法院冻结，具体冻结数额不祥，冻结日期自2019年10月15日起至2022年10月14日。

Wang's debts came after Beijing Pusi Investment Ltd (Prometheus Capital), in which he serves as the chairman and holds 100 percent of the shares, was ordered frozen from October 15 to October 14, 2022 by a Shanghai court. The amount that has been ordered frozen is not disclosed, according to tianyancha.com.

而在今年3月，王思聪投资的熊猫TV也宣布破产。

The online video venture Panda TV, which Wang invested in, went bankrupt in March.

澎湃新闻报道指出，天眼查信息显示，王思聪周边风险信息达到949条。

从网络上风风光光的“富二代”，到法院被执行人，王思聪也因为如此巨大的形象落差成为热搜焦点。周五下午，相关话题的阅读量已接近3亿。

The news that Wang was listed as judgment debtor has sparked a big splash on Chinese social media with his name topped the trending list on Sina Weibo. And the topic "Wang Sicong was listed as a person subjected to enforcement" has been viewed nearly 300 million times as of press time.

也难怪会有网友出来调侃，所谓“国民老公”不能继续他的奢侈生活了。

Netizens joked that Wang, who is a bachelor called "national husband," might not be allowed to use his wealth to purchase a luxury lifestyle.

环球网采访匿名业内观察人士表示，对于万达而言，1.5亿元不算多，在父亲的帮助下王思聪可以重整旗鼓，但是对于他来说情况依旧艰难。

"150 million yuan is not a lot for Wanda, he could make a comeback with his father's help, but the situation will still be difficult for him," an observer in the commerce field, who requested anonymity, told the Global Times on Wednesday.

该观察人士还表示，王思聪公众形象高调，拥有普通人没有的高关注度，这些都促使王思聪还清债务。

Wang, as a high-profile public figure, enjoys a lot of attention that ordinary people do not, the observer said, urging Wang to pay the debt.

同时，有网友发现，曾经在社交平台上相当活跃的王思聪，现在则将微博设置为半年可见。而最近半年他没有发任何帖子，所以微博看上去跟清空了一样。

Wang, who used to be very active on social media, set his Weibo account that only posts in recent half year are visible to the public. He did not post anything in the past six months and the account appeared to be empty.

截至目前，王思聪本人尚未对这一消息给出回应。
